Safety Violations
Set the degree of negligence tolerated in workplace safety. A higher value means employees are more likely to take shortcuts, which may boost short-term profits. However, the risk of catastrophic safety failures also increases significantlyapproximately four times the value of this setting. Larger corporations face greater risk, and any safety incident will occur just before the human player's turn.
Urban Renewal
Control how much land is dedicated to parks and recreational areas. Higher levels of urban renewal improve resident happiness but come at a costhigher taxes and potentially reduced profitability.
Defunct Companies
Simulate the volatility of small businesses. This setting determines how long companies survive before going out of business. The number represents how many rounds a company can last; one round begins just before the human players turn. A setting of 0 disables company failure. Once a business becomes a corporation, it is immune to defunct status.
Zoning Limits
Limit how many corporations can be established within the town. The zoning commission can restrict development to as few as 4 corporations or allow expansion up to 10.
Drones
Embrace the future of logistics. Each successful drone delivery increases the majority shareholder payout by $50 and the minority payout by $25, reflecting increased investor confidence in automation and innovation.
