Simplify estimates, quotes, and proposals for all types of
Life Safety Providers.
Length of Contract - This can be fluctuated between 1-5
years or as a time of service when there is no contract with the
customer for re-occurring service.
Service Due - Drop down selection includes the month when
the service is due for the calendar year.
Service Frequency – This drop down allows you to pick when
the customer would like their extinguishers serviced. (Annual,
Monthly etc.)
All Inclusive– Some of the industry chooses to offer an
all-inclusive approach to fire extinguisher service for the
customer. This allows the customer up front pricing and
includes all truck fees, hydrostatic testing, recharges, tamper,
tags, parts and seals for their annual service. This allows
them to budget and know what they are going to be spending on a
given year to their provider for life safety services. This is
priced off the master file and software applies the charge to all
the quantities input for extinguisher count.
Unit Price Per Extinguisher – This is set in the master
file and cannot be changed in this tab.
Special Pricing – This offers flexibility to the user in
order to enter in items that are not on the master file.
Training- This allows the user to provide estimates for
Fire Extinguisher Training proposals. The price per head is input
into the master file for both live burn and simulated Fire
Extinguisher Training. Once the head count is applied the software
will automatically apply the correct dollar amount to the proposal
for the training chosen.
Quantities – Fill in Fire Extinguisher counts and type
here from building reports, previous invoices or field notes.
Extinguisher Discount– This will allow you to take a
percentage off the total package.
Additional Items – This allows for the addition of items
currently not included on the Fire Extinguisher Service Estimator
that you would like to add to the proposal.
