Length of Contract - This can be fluctuated between 1-5
years or as a time of service when there is no contract chosen by
the customer.
Service Due - Drop down selection includes the month when
the service is due for the calendar year.
Wet Riser Count – This is where you enter in how many Wet
Risers there are in the Facility you are servicing. All rates are
generated off of the master file for this count.
Dry Riser Count – This is where you enter in how many Dry
Risers there are in the Facility you are servicing. All rates are
generated off of the master file for this count.
Antifreeze Loop Count – This is where you enter in how
many Antifreeze Loops there are in the Facility you are servicing.
All rates are generated off of the master file for this count.
Pre-Action/ Deluge Sprinkler Count – This is where you
enter in how many Pre-Action or Deluge Systems are in the facility
you are servicing. All rates are generated off of the master
file for this count.
Fire Hydrant Count – This is where you enter in how many
fire hydrants are at the facility you are servicing. All rates
are generated off of the master file for this count.
Stand Pipe Count – This is where you enter in how many
stand pipes the facility has that you are servicing. All rates
are generated off of the master file for this count.
Special Pricing – This offers flexibility to the user in
order to enter in items that are not on the master file.
Fire Alarm Discount – This will allow you to take a
percentage off the total package.
Additional Items – This allows for the addition of items
currently not included on the fire alarm estimator that you would
like to add to the proposal.
Quantities – Fill in device counts here from blueprints,
building reports, or field notes.
** Please Note ** In the master file there are two ways of
pricing this tab. One is price per riser and device. The
other is a flat rate per riser. Device counts will show up on the
proposal for either selection in the master file. The software
will tally the pricing differently for each selection depending on which
the end user chooses.
